Alan Kobayashi
The ‘Yashi’ in BoyashiMade
Alan is a designer / chef / environmentalist with an eye for detail. With a professional education in architecture, practical experience as a chef and commercial kitchen designer, Alan's cross-disciplinary skill-set brings an inside perspective of the hospitality industry to our projects.
Dedicated to wellness and the environment, in 2020, Alan was selected to the first class of MAD Academy in Copenhagen, for Environment and Sustainability. He holds a Healthier Materials and Sustainable Building Certificate from Parsons School of Design, and is currently pursuing Living Future Accreditation with the ILFI.
